Login
The following information is required for registration:
Customer number: 5 digits numeric, or 6 digits with a leading capital letter.
User name: can be created by the administrator when the user is created, and does not require a specific form.
Password: length 8 - 24 digits, 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 special character, 1 number, no space, not abcd or 1234
By default, the password is not displayed in plain text. By clicking on the "eye" to the right in the password field, it is displayed in plain text.
After entering the login data, click on the button "Login", this completes the login process and the user has access to the data corresponding to his user profile.
Forgot password
If the password has been forgotten, a new password can be requested. The following steps are required for this:
click on the button "Forgot your password?", then the following screen appears:
2. Enter the requested data here and click on the "Save" button at the top left. An email will be sent to the email address entered with the following content:
 3. After confirming to reset the password, the following screen appears where the new password is to be entered and then saved (top left). This completes the process successfully and the user can log in with the new password.
